Get a cute shirt and shorts and knee hi's and some black tennis shoes. I think that looks really cute.

A plaid flannel shirt and skinny jeans are so cute together. If you don't want to button it, it looks good with a white tank or shirt.
Neon- Neon on black is so cute.
Skinny Jeans- Skinny jeans are now back in style. The destroyed jeans are cute so are the colored. Colored goes good with a black top.
